AULORIS accepts return requests made within 30 days after you receive your item.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Please return the item in its original packaging when reasonably possible.

Please contact AULORIS before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Do not send items back without prior return instructions.

Return shipping costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact AULORIS promptly and include relevant order details and photos where available. We will review the issue and provide appropriate next steps.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or payment process used for the order, where applicable.
