Shipping availability

AULORIS currently ships to addresses within the United States, excluding California. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to California at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within supported U.S. destinations is $4.99.

Estimated delivery

Orders are fulfilled by an external fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery is typically 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside of AULORIS’s control.

Tracking

Where tracking is made available by the carrier, tracking information will be provided with the shipment or order information.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact AULORIS as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier.
